终于还是来了，THQ正式破产

在破产重组保护期间自然是不会动thq的，目前已经公布的明年就要发售的这些title也肯定会出，但是之后就不好说了，之后会发生什么那就只能看投资公司怎么想了（大概也会取决于明年的coh2，南方公园，地铁卖得如何），投资公司想要的只是钱而已，反正希望thq的各个制作组都有好结局吧

老外专家分析说 把THQ作为子公司继续运作下去不符合那家投资公司一贯的做法
所以有两种可能
一种是把THQ继续作为一个整体再出售出去 但是这不大可能
另一种是把THQ旗下资产分别估价分拆出售 这个可能性很大

算了吧，THQ基本上就是被这玩意儿害死的，哪个冤大头还想接着出这个游戏的续作

在收购方的声明里压根没提THQ会不会继续运作这事

Pursuant to that agreement, Clearlake Capital has agreed to acquire substantially all of the assets of THQ’s operating business, including THQ’s four owned studios and games in development, for aggregate consideration of approximately $60 million, including a new $10 million note for the benefit of the company’s creditors. Clearlake Capital’s offer is subject to higher or otherwise better offers... THQ will ask the Court for a schedule to complete the sale process in about 30 days.
