13号订的四儿子,今天收到两封GOOGLE SUPPORT的邮件说信用卡扣款失败。
13号那天已经收到银行短信,以为扣款成功了的说。今天收到邮件后去网上银行查了下确实没有四儿子的交易记录。
当时订的时候改过一次billing address里的姓名,两次都提示扣1美元(这个网银上也没查到)。两封邮件对我的称呼和前后billing address里的姓名吻合,难道是这部分有误导致的吗?可是amazon的订单都支付ok啊
如果是billing address填写不符要求的话,国内地址什么的要怎么填啊,这里一定有已经成功交易的朋友吧?求助啊~
