Notable and confirmed points in Madoka Magica’s 3rd movie from the teaser trailer：
Kyouko goes to Mitakihara school, and also carries a cell phone
A scene where Kyouko is sitting down talking to Hitomi
Madoka reunites with Homura
Witches are going to return in a world(s) where witches aren’t supposed to exist
The subtext “Hitomi’s Nightmare”
With that said, Hitomi will have much more screentime and a prominent role
Mami fighting with Homura who is using an automatic assault rifle and still has her shield apparently
Homura isn’t wearing Madoka’s ribbons
But is wearing them in another scene
Sayaka is either considered as resurrected, or never dead in the first place, or both
The story may take place in multiple universes at once, or in multiple timelines at once, or both.
Madoka is now Ultimate Madoka. Her normal form consists of her regular self, and her Puella Magi form consists of her Ultimate Madoka self with simply longer hair, golden eyes, cosmic wings, and a long white dress. She is seen transforming into her Ultimate self.
She has the ability to shift in and out of existence at free will
The title of the 3rd movie goes:魔法少女まどか☆マギカ [ 叛逆の物語 ]
With a silhouette of Ultimate Madoka behind the title.
