一直就觉得那些古老的电台歌曲一个调调，所以解包了BSA文件一首一首听的我输了
最后听了第一句歌词搜了一下，Dear Hearts and Gentle People。

wikia介绍如下
Dear Hearts and Gentle People is a song with music by Sammy Fain and lyrics by Bob Hilliard that appears in the Fallout 3 E3 trailer (in a version sung by Bob Crosby and The Bob Cats), but does not appear in the actual game.
