Empire has picked up Jagged Alliance on DS, currently in development with Strategy First and Cypron Studios for a 2009 release.

Official blurb says: Jagged Alliance is an explosive fusion of a role playing game mixed with turn-based tactical combat, allowing gamers to become fully immersed in their characters.
