There is an anime subgenre called "Magical Girl" or "Senshi" anime, wherein the protagonist(s) are normal people (usually teenage schoolgirls) who transform into superheros in order to fight crime, usually "in the name of [beauty/love/truth/justice/etc.]". The transformation typically involves using a wand or makeup case (again: schoolgirls) while shouting something along the lines of "Pretty Moon Princess Power TRANSFORM!", at which point an incredibly gaudy transformation/light sequence occurs.
Go look up "Sailor Moon transformation" on youtube to get an idea.

I looked it up. Now I get it, and I don't think it's even marginally funny. It's just kinda meh and bleh. The interviews are really stupid in a non-funny way, especially the last one, which is just the first one but WITH SHOUTING. There's no punchline or buildup, it's just an alien thing that has princess powers. I guess if you're familiar with the material you'd get it, but it'd only be funny because you're familiar with the material. Judging from the reception, I'd say a lot of people are, but as someone who isn't a fan of this type of thing I'm going to keep my downvote.
