Hello,
I'm so sorry to hear about the problem you had with your "Barnes & Noble NOOK HD+ Tablet 16GB Slate." This is certainly not expected.
I've checked your order (#104-0655228-8785840) and see that it was placed with 'PerfectDeal Outlet,' a seller on our website.
However, I wanted to have this problem resolved, thus, I've forwarded this issue to our investigations department. On the other hand, since the order was placed through a seller, and considering that their inventory is constantly changing, we can't replace items sold by them that are Fulfilled by Amazon, adding to that is the fact that it would be safe to have you refunded instead, so as not to delay you while we take this matter up with them about a defective item delivered to you.

1. Keep the item and receive a refund of $44.18 which is 30% off the price.
2. Keep the item and receive a $45 promotional certificate which you can use the next time you order an item sold and shipped by Amazon.com.

打开机器外面的粘性包装的时候里面倒是一尘不染…亚马逊赔我钱的话我就当官翻用了…不知道这次能用到两年不出问题吗
