前略. U2311H第一天无事, 第二天蹦出个一个点.
今天打给DELL Customer Services, 东转西转终于给我转到了售后.
前面废话了一堆, 然后开始问我显示器有什么毛病.
KF: so what's wrong with the monitor?
我: there's a bad pixel on screen, and it cannot display correct color on a specific area.
KF: is that a bright pixel, or black pixel?
我: Black pixel.
KF: i'm sorry sir, only one black pixel is not in our warrenty.
我: okay you see the website, i read it for you. "In the event you discover even one bright, defective pixel during your limited hardware warranty period, we'll exchange your monitor at no cost to you. "
KF: ...
我: do you understand the word "defective"?
KF: ... okay I got it. How about the color display problem?
我: about one fifth screen panel got this, white color there turns to light yellow, im very serious with that.
KF: mostly this is caused by your desktop output, it doesn'm matter with the LCD panel.
我: you tell me the screen panel is ok when i see pure white color on screen, and just that area got yellow?
KF: ...
之后又废话一堆, 然后我说换新的来还是有这问题怎么办.
我: what if the new monitor still got the same problems, like defective pixel or color distortion?
KF: the new one should not got this.
我: i mean, in case of that, how can i do?
KF: you can call this number and have a new one exchange
我:
弄的最后终于答应给我换, 整个电话说了快半个小时手机都发烫了. 弄完之后就给朋友打电话(他那台是我一起给他订的), 交流了一下, 坏点没有, 但颜色失真是在右上方的一大片, 而且右上角严重漏光, 听我换了也要换掉. 别人的2311怎么样我不知道, 但我现在严重怀疑这个eIPS到底是什么东西, 返修率这么大, 还是说我RP负无穷都让我赶上了? |
