play-asia如何取消订单并退款？

The amount will be reverted to the original price that you have paid for within the

cannot fulfill the order of the Xenoblade 2 [Limited Edition] due to high allocation
from our supplier. We would like to suggest that you get the normal edition which is
valued at the same price. If you do not want to proceed, please let us know and we'd
be glad to refund and cancel your order. We will be waiting for your response until
11/17/2017 and if no response is received we will refund and cancel the order. Please
take note of the deadline.

直接回复让他给我取消订单好了。。。果然便宜不是这么好捡的。

想捡xb2限量版的便宜然而失败了，也收到了邮件。现在打算取消订单然后淘宝订普通版了。
然而在订单详情里没有看到哪里可以取消订单？这个是必须要和客服联系人工完成吗？另外如何把钱退到支付宝里？
（xb2专楼里群魔乱舞问了一下没有人理我）

补差价，等订单更新状态后选择消单
或者与客服联系直接消单
我选了第二种，一天内反正有答复，不用太着急，离发售早着呢

付款后要款项到play-asia手里才会出现取消订单按钮，退款成功后直接回支付宝，我也退了

主要在play-asia上买感觉没有一点优点，又贵又慢邮费还贵。。。。

但是如果在美国的话。有些商品只能通过他们买。

心疼海外党，刚才也看到了外面加拿大那个帖子
其实感觉不在意盒子的话其实下载版也不错还能第一时间晚上（不考虑偷跑）

amazon直邮或者tenso转运都比他们好
