翻译了一下《frozen》的插曲《let it go》

这几天在洗脑循环女王的出柜独白，不过对看过的几个译文都不满意，于是脑洞一开，自己翻译了一下。

先上原文：

The snow glows white on the mountain tonight,
not a footprint to be seen.
A kingdom of isolation, And it looks like I'm the Queen.
The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside.
Couldn't keep it in, heaven knows I've tried.
Don't let them in, don't let them see,
be the good girl you always have to be.

I don't care, what they're going to say.

我是按诗，而不是歌词来译的，所以没法唱。

有几个有些纠结的地方：

1、

The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside.
风声呼啸，像是风暴即将来临。

看原文，应该是风暴已经降临了。但是从整个三段的节奏来说，我觉得按风暴前-风暴中-风暴后的三段式来算更有气势，所以翻成了即将来临。由于同样的原因，后面的三个“Let storm rage on.”我做了不同的处理。

2、

Conceal, don't feel, don't let them know,
藏好，别去靠近，别让人知道——

这里的“don't feel”，应该是要求Elsa别去感受魔法的力量，但也可能有和之前的“don't let them in”相呼应的可能，前面是要“别让人靠近”，这里就有一些“别试图去靠近别人，感受有人陪伴的温暖”的双关意思。所以这里我没翻成“别去感受”，而用了“别去靠近”，留一些想象的空间，让人去猜测是“别去靠近魔法”还是“别去靠近别人”。

3、

Let it go, let it go, turn away and slam the door.
算了吧，算了吧，我不再需要那扇大门。

这里我没能完全把握歌词的意思。前面剧情里一直有一扇隔开Elsa和Anna以及外面的世界的门，我想这里的door很有可能指这扇门。于是我译作“我不再需要那扇大门”，表达Elsa不需要再躲在门后的意思。

三段的let it go我用了三个不同的译法。
第一段是“算了吧”。这是Elsa经过“我才像是女王”的失落和自嘲后，放下心里的包裹，试着解放自己时对自己的鼓励。这里的语气还不是很坚定，还是有些踌躇的，带有一定的自己问自己的疑问句语气。
第二段是“都过去了”。这里Elsa已经发出了“我已和风与天空为邻”这样快意的呐喊，情绪高涨，对自己也有了信心。所以没有在加“吧”这样的语气助词，而用了“都过去了”这样直白但坚定的肯定句。
第三段是“去吧”。这里Elsa的情绪高涨到顶点——我之前翻译“Here I stand, in the light of day”时，差点想上“我所站之地，便有光芒落下”这种类似“神说，要有光”的语气——之前的疑问句和肯定句就都不太合适了，就用了更强烈的“去吧，去吧”来代替。
我相信这样三种不同的表述，更符合原插曲的叙事节奏。但我找不到一个可以同时准确表述这三种情绪的词——官方的那个“随它去”有些太颓废，放在情绪高涨的第三段就不合适——所以干脆用了三种译法。

去吧，去吧，我不再是别人想要我做的自己。

这里就是纯意译了。“那个完美的姑娘已然远去”这种表述，我怎么凑念起来都不顺。而且这里的“gone”要是直译出来，和前面的有向前看意味的“let it go”方向相反，不太搭。所以干脆就做了一些引申——“完美的姑娘”——“父女和臣民希望Elsa成为的模样”——“别人想要我做的自己”——变成了现在这个样子。

纠结了三个小时候，成品就成了现在这模样，请s1的各位老爷品尝

或者发到影视版会好一些？

顺便这几天同在洗脑循环中，OST里有两个版本，真是大满足
还有伴奏版，难怪各种翻唱铺天盖地
现在就等5号上映了

感觉对原文的理解个别地方有偏颇。
swirling storm inside，既然是“inside”那么这个storm显然是比喻，本体应是自己激烈矛盾的内心，而不是笼罩全国的字面意义上的风暴。紧接这句之后的“couldn't keep it in”也支持这一解释。
turn away and slam the door，这里的门显然也是比喻。上文，elsa说秘密已经被揭穿，下文，elsa表示自己想与世隔绝。所以这里的意思显然是turn away（from the old life）and slam the door （at the others/ rest of the world）
slam the door的意思永远是关上门，而不是打开门

有道理，不过我觉得“storm inside”不是指内心的矛盾，而是指Elsa身体里冰雪的力量。
1、我不觉得Elsa的内心有特别激烈的矛盾。因为她一直听从父母的观点，尝试去做一个good girl，现在没有做到，内心会失落，会慌张，但应该不会产生特别激烈的矛盾。她后面想法的转变更像是自暴自弃之后想穿了，而非内心矛盾冲突导致的。
2、“couldn't keep it in”之后的"heaven knows I've tried"，之前的数年里，Elsa一直在努力的只有一件事，就是控制自己的力量，我觉得这里的tried应该是指控制力量的尝试，而非控制情绪的尝试，那么倒推上去，这个keep it in应该也是指控制力量。

door这里完全同意，应该是指重新回到与世隔绝的门后。是我之前没理解。
