galaxynexus4.04耗电和硬解问题，球高人指点

另外就是4.04第二次更新之后，如上参数的视频怎么折腾也播不动了，记得第一版4.04的时候还一切正常啊，什么播放器结果都是没有响应，按理来说这视频参数也不怎么高吧，欧版GN，4.04官方系统，未root，球达人指点，多谢
