懒人用FirefoxPortable，一样自动更新。
打包很轻松。
刚用时4.0，现在都升到8.0了。

弄个快捷方式
加上参数 -profile "你的配置文件地址"
备份都不需要

我从Linux换到MAC OS，又从MAC OS换到Windows 7，profile目录都是可继承的。
简单的说保存了profile目录就保存了火狐的那些配置。

一直都是备份这个文件夹C:\\Users\\xxx\\AppData\\Local\\Mozilla，重装后把新生成的Mozilla文件全部覆盖，就一切如初了。

欢迎使用windowsbackup
使用-p参数的时候别忘了-no-remote，这样就可以运行多个firefox了。
