求一个NEXUS S能用的播放器

本来一直用MOBO+DICE PLAYER都还不错，一直没遇到什么不能播的东西，但下面这个却两个都提示错误了，不知道有办法补救没
还有什么万能点的播放器推荐吗？

就目前来说，在手机上追求所有片子都能直接播是不现实的
个别放不了的片子转转码又不麻烦

+1 总会偶尔有一两个片子放不了，就播放器而言MOBO应该是最万能的了。

查了下DICE PLAYER，好像也挺不错的样子，下个试试。不过DICE PLAYER介绍里都说什么硬解比MOBO强，说什么MOBO只有MP4才硬解，这哪儿出来的谣言？只要没有出现LOADING字样，MOBO明明都可以硬解，我手机上FLV、AVI、MKV都可以直接硬解。

哎，你们是怎么转码的？以前给PSP转码的时候感觉很麻烦，可能是我机子不够劲吧
