新闻原文: A report in today’s Sun claims that 3DS has seen a “record” level of returns since its UK launch nearly two weeks ago.
In a report by the paper (via MCV), headlined, “Refund row hits Nintendo,” it claims that a “record return levels were reported” due to “thousands” suffering from headaches and dizziness related to the machine’s 3D capabilities.
The paper claimed that retailer HMV is offering full refunds on 3DS handhelds bought since launch, but only up until Thursday. One consumer reported he got a £170+ refund from GAME, whilst a forum user is quoted is saying:
“When I returned mine to my local GAME in Bexleyheath I had an argument at first but I am someone who knows how to argue and stuck with my guns. Once the guy agreed we chatted and he told me hay had had a high return of the 3DS, more than any launch product.”
Nintendo has disputed the claims, though.
“Recent reports are incorrect,” the company told Eurogamer in a statement.
“The number of calls and emails with queries on Nintendo 3DS is in fact well below the rate experienced during past hardware launches and having spoken with our retail partners there are only a handful of people who have actually gone into stores to request a refund.”
The firm added: “Nintendo 3DS was designed with a 3D depth slider that lets users adjust the 3D effect so that everyone can still enjoy this product. When viewing any kind of 3D images, including movies and on TV, some people might experience minor discomfort.
“The effects are short term and have no lasting effect; most people can continue after taking a break.”
GAME has said it’s seen “less than five people complain that they feel sick” and traded in their 3DS, while HMV has said it isn’t “refunding fully” on 3DS purchases.
3DS sold 113,000 units in the UK and 303,000 units in Europe in its first week.

任天堂再次强调:" 3DS具有调节3D纵深的功能, 所以每个用户都能够享受这款产品. 在观看任何3D效果的节目时, 总会有些人感觉到不适应. 不过这些反应是非常短暂的, 而且不会持续. 在休息之后, 可以继续享受3DS带来的乐趣."

零售商GAME已经宣称只有少于5个人抱怨在使用了3DS之后感觉到不舒服, 同时零售商HMV宣布他们不会全额退款给客户.

3DS在英国首周销量为11万3000台, 在整个欧洲为30万3000台.

A few UK tabloids have put together some stories saying that the Nintendo 3DS is seeing a large number of returns due to so many people getting sick from the 3D effects of the 3DS. Is this allegation on the money, or is this tabloid smut at its worst? Here's what Nintendo and multiple retailers had to say.

GameStop: "This is something that we are not experiencing."

Currys: "We have not noticed a big increase in returns [with the 3DS]."

Nintendo: "Recent reports are incorrect. The number of calls and emails with queries on Nintendo 3DS is in fact well below the rate experienced during past hardware launches and having spoken with our retail partners there are only a handful of people who have actually gone into stores to request a refund. HMV: "Contrary to a report in today's media, we would like to make clear that we are not aware of any manufacturing fault with the 3DS console - which we have seen huge demand for, and that we have not issued any refunds for it and nor are we doing. A number of customers are, however, choosing to take us up on our pre-played games offer - which is a totally different thing, where they can trade-in previously purchased games products, including the 3DS if they so choose, against any other products that we stock in-store up to a pre-determined set value."

英国《太阳报》的报道称，数千名任天堂3DS游戏机用户近日表示，在使用任天堂3D裸眼掌上游戏机3DS之后出现头痛和头昏眼花症状。但是任天堂对此却不予退货。

3DS于3月25日在英国上市，两天后在美国上市。在上市之前，任天堂曾发出警告，称这款3D游戏机不适合6岁以下儿童使用，并不是因为游戏画面过于血腥，而是因为其3D效果会影响儿童眼睛的发育。27岁的玩家桑迪普·泰勒（Sundeep Tailor）表示，他和儿子只玩了3分钟就感觉不舒服，出现了头痛和头昏眼花症状，此时距离他购买到3DS还不足24小时。

但是当泰勒拿着3DS到当地的游戏商店准备退货时，却遭到了店方的拒绝。最后，泰勒以176.99英镑退掉了手中的3DS，但是这一价格较购买这部3DS的价格少了30英镑。由于让消费者来承担交易带来的相关支出，这种做法令泰勒感到非常不满。泰勒对此表示，“我在24个小时内便损失了一些钱。相信还有许多人与我处境相同。”

任天堂早声明中表示，用户可以调整3DS的3D效果，从而更好地享受这款产品。至于玩家出现的症状，任天堂称这种感觉并不会持续很久，同时建议玩家玩游戏的时间不要超过30分钟。
