再也没有什么T-Mobile了

北京时间3月21日消息，美国运营商AT&T和德意志电信今天发布联合声明称，双方已经达成最终协议，AT&T将从德意志电信手中收购T-Mobile USA，AT&T将以现金加股票形式支付款项，总价值约390亿美元。

貌似暂时不会有大的变动.....收购计划主要是为了铺LTE网络来着

标题误导！汉斯第一大网络t-mobile表示躺着也中枪！
对于消费者来说，除了资费上涨，倒也没有其他坏处。
这个收购还不定能过监管部门，不过verizon想吃sprint那是肯定过不了的

只是T-Mobile美国被买了而已。欧洲还在啊。
现在米国WCDMA就只有AT&T这丧尽天良的一家了。
