Description
We've dealt with kobolds in these lands for years. Not much other than a nuisance. But they've been getting craftier at their stealing.

I think one of them's ended up smarter than usual. Won't be that way for long, though!

I want you to go to the camp south of here and make sure there's not a "big shot" kobold stirrin' up the other ones. Make sure to check the cave; it's a likely spot.

And don't be shy about clearing out the other kobolds along the way.
Rewards
You will receive: 6 (or 7 20 if completed at level 85)
Gains
Upon completion of this quest you will gain:

      1,150 experience
    *
      250 reputation with Ironforge

"Commander" Nazrim seems to be a reference to Nazrin from Touhou Project.

Edit: To explain what I am talking about:

Nazrin is a character from Touhou Project, a series of Japanese shmups. She is a mouse youkai and is depicted as a leader of her kind. Her theme song is 小さな小さな賢将, translated as 'A Tiny, Tiny, Clever Commander'.

"Commander" Nazrim is the objective of the quest 'A Tiny, Clever Commander'. The NPC in question is a kobold, which are, as everyone knows, rat-like in appearance. This NPC is also acting as a sort of leader of its kind.

不过玻璃渣介绍自己的创作理念是给了张霸王丸的大图，公司里还挂着吉姆雷诺打升龙拳的KUSO图，所以出来啥日本货本来也不值得奇怪……
而假如玻璃渣真能在游戏里弄出东方娘，这里一大半玻璃渣黑都要倒戈了
