the devs said it is quite replayable, since you can choose different races, classes, henchmen, and backgrounds/roles. This will affect stuff like where you fit into the story, who you romance with, what things you can do, and even who your nemesis will be. And its most probably going to be single player only, so I guess they should focus on making it replayable
