《财富》杂志在一月份发布了一年一度的“最适合工作企业”排行榜。搜索巨擘Google因股价突破700美元，99%员工获期权而再度称王，位居最适合工作的美国企业榜首。图为Google在苏黎世的新豪华总部，面对这样的环境任何工作的人都会希望自己成当中的一员。在苏黎世的总部，Google给为员工准备工作所需的一切，甚至远不止这些：按摩椅、滑梯和其他许多你意想不到的游乐设施，更有私密性很好的房间。
设计者是希望将工作变成一种享受。需要冷静一点的是，条件、待遇越优厚的公司，对员工的要求自然越严格，员工需要为公司创造更大的价值，压力也会越大。
