SCE psone emulator for psp has been hacked
This is the 3.0 OE-A pre-release thread (this will be the final name, it stands for Open Edition)Here is a non-exhaustive list of its features:
Unchanged since 2.71SE-C:
- Can run homebrews using 1.50 kernel (same compatibility as 2.71 SE-C)
- Recovery menu
- Built-in iso/cso support (appears in the vsh under the GAME menu)
Changed since 2.71SE-C:
- Runs 3.02 vsh
- Can run homebrews using 3.02 kernel
Removed since 2.71SE-C:
- Location Free player
- Korean fonts
Added since 2.71SE-C:
- UMD-VIDEO Region free
- PSP kernel Region selector
- O/X button selector
- WMA enabeling option
- Flash player Enableing option

世界最SB模拟器启动 刷机准备:
电脑一台
1.5版本或者2.71SE版本的PSP一台[注意没有硬降过的TA082是不行的]
程序包302OE.rar以及解压缩工具
索尼官方的1.50和3.02升级程序
刷机文件制作：
1、解压302OE.rar，拷贝 oeupdmaker和oeupdmaker% 到/PSP/GAME/(如果你用的是2.71SE那就拷到/PSP/GAME150里面)
2、把1.50和3.02官方升级程序拷到oeupdmaker文件夹并且重命名为 \"150.PBP\"和\"302.PBP\".
3、执行oeupdmaker，程序将会在oeupdmaker这个文件夹下生成 DATA.DXAR
4、程序会验证这个文件的SHA-1的准确性
刷机操作:
1、拷贝302oeflasher和302oeflasher%这两个文件加到 /PSP/GAME (用2.71SE的拷到 /PSP/GAME150)
2、拷贝生成的DATA.DXAR文件到oeflasher.
3、执行302oeflasher.和以前一样，你的电池电量要求在75%以上。为了照顾某些人的电池问题，这个电量检查可以强制跳过(by execute the program with triangle and L pressed)，我不推荐跳过这一步。 .
4、按X开始刷机或者按R取消
5、不要动你的PSP直到出现\"shutdown the psp and restart manually\"这样提示你手动重起的提示，重起完之后你的PSP就在3.02 OE-A下面了
