Meta内部文件曝5月20日重组细节：拟裁员10%，关闭6000招聘岗位，全面转向AI架构
5月19日消息，据报道，Meta当地时间5月18日在内部员工备忘录中详细披露了本周即将实施的裁员与重组计划。Meta计划在当地时间5月20日正式解雇全球10%的员工，并预计在今年晚些时候进行更大规模的深度裁员。除直接裁员外，Meta内部还将迎来颠覆性的组织架构调整，通过大幅削减管理层职位来推行扁平化管理。Meta首席人力资源官珍妮尔·盖尔（Janelle Gale）在备忘录中指出，许多部门领导在设计新架构时引入了“AI原生设计原则”，未来公司将依靠更精简、更有自主权的小团队模式运作，以追求更快的响应速度。
在这场被称为“全面向AI转型”的结构调整中，除了面临失业的员工外，Meta还计划将多达7000名员工调往与AI工作流相关的新项目，部分转岗工作此前已经展开。综合裁员与转岗，本轮重组将直接波及Meta约20%的劳动力，同时公司还关闭了另外6000个在招岗位。

用pytorch不合适应该说是FAIR，当然现在很多AI圈呼风唤雨的依旧是FAIR出身就是了，具体到人才这一层级谈不上什么失败。只能说组织架构不行被deepmind/openai秒了 公司不裁员，那使用ai的价值在哪？ ins也是屎，骗子扎堆，reels的推荐算法也不好用 不改名字了吗？ 又是一家裁员一定要快啊 从来没觉得fb风光过，它搞得那些项目都是赚吆喝，最後一地鸡毛。我觉得人还是有能力的，这些人在进之前和出来后豆还行，唯独在meta的时候不行，肯定只能是管理问题

美国工作合同叫at will. 就是你可以当天辞职当天走人。公司也可以当场解雇而且没有任何补偿。 大公司一般多少给些。标准是0.25n或者0.5n这次是4+0.5n己经很大方了，属于天花板级的。关键是医保。辞退后医保第二个月就失去了。自己买的话全家保险在$3500（2万5千人民币）一个月。 没有公司会给付的。但是这次 meta 付18个月，属于闻所末闻的。
