最近是不是同城跨网也有QoS了

上个月底开始，在公司RDP回家卡到影响正常系统操作，互联带宽测试只有3M（宽带签约上行50M），延迟稳定40ms+，丢包5%。
更换手机共享网络（联通）测试，延迟10ms，无丢包无限速现象。
这么搞下去感觉就要梦回2004请选择电信网通服务器的年代了
1.22更新：
前两天在公司开着电脑长ping，稳定观察到每天上午9点开始延迟从10ms内升高，大概每小时增加10ms与2%的丢包，直到变为60ms/10%丢包。
今天发现运营商似乎对ICMP提高了QoS优先级，普通ping稳定在10ms内0丢包，tcping同之前观察结果，高延迟高丢包率

以前反馈一般是UDP被QoS，现在省间流量结算大收费，TCP也被QoS故意丢包也不奇怪。
另外公司网络出口堵了也有可能。

苏州也这样，电信和移动访问家里联通被限速➕丢包，联通访问联通没问题。投诉过，上门测速说正常就不管了。不过24年12月下半月开始就恢复正常了。 居然还有公网ip，我这电信投诉都没了，只能转ipv6 依然荏苒 发表于 2025-1-9 13:51

电信本来有，搬家移机就给我弄没了，说加钱才有。
于是直接换了联通，联通有一阵也是把公网IP收回去了，我给投诉回来了 电信最搞的是要公网，说给你开通ipv6，但是光猫防火墙不给你关，还得自己破超级密码去关防火墙
