觉得outlook.com好用的一定是没收到我这样的垃圾邮件

发件人是 AsianWomanOnline💋 <"<?<account-security-noreply@account.microsoft.com>?>">
实际上每份邮件都没有共同点，怎么拦？
过滤发件人包含这段字符吗？ “=?UTF-8?B??==?UTF-8?B?QXNpYW5Xb21hbk9ubGluZQ”
问题是还有好多类似的不同发件人名称的邮件。。。。比如US SOLAR <"<?<account-security-noreply@account.microsoft.com>?>">
还是过滤发件人含有“<” 字符的？

这个就没有嘴唇符号。。。。 好用个屁，网页版汉字联系人不能按字母排序，安卓版同步联系人居然姓名颠倒
有这两条作为一个邮箱就已经失格了 outlook完全枪毙 该是收的不收 不该收的一堆
