vc2015 runtime装不上，有懂这个的吗

悲剧了，文明6需要它来运行
系统win8.1 x64，之前的2005 一直到2013的运行库都装上了。

看了一下安装日志，一大堆看不懂，下面这个是否它检测我系统版本没检测到？

应该是这个，有时候觉得windows的更新真恶心

VC2015运行库不需要什么系统更新，WIN7裸装也行啊
