你们收到《永恒之柱》的实体奖励了么？
本帖最后由 niceejuice 于 2015-5-17 21:55 编辑我没有，地址填的国内的，被截短了，目前paradox显示已经离开了美国，已超过预计收货日期一个月，这种情况下该联系谁？有类似情况成功解决的么？
我也是这样，去support上问了下，因为黑曜石转给paradox的地址有字数限制，导致地址不全，所以被退回了
Sorry about that, there has been a problem with some addresses being truncated when transferred from the Obsidian backer portal to our logistics partner Shipwire. That could be the case here. As your shipment has not yet arrived, it is most likely being returned to us. We will send a replacement shipment to you. POE网页上有支持页面的，写下自己东西没收到的情况，单号，再写下自己地址就行
