你主板是啥牌子啥型号的，官网有啊……或者去找个万能驱动用用，一般来说键盘可以用鼠标挂了我这边都是

那楼主最后装了个虚拟机里面一个新鲜干净的win7里面cp了一堆东西出来之后解决了问题：
Finally got it working. Let me document what I did, in case others run in to the same issue. I installed another copy of Windows 7 in a VM (Virtualbox). I copied all the C:\Windows\inf\usb* files from my VM over to my original copy of Windows, overwriting them in the process. I uninstalled the "USB receiver" in Device Manager and removed the device from the USB port. Deleted INFCACHE.1 (you will need to take ownership/full access before it allows you to delete the file) file from C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore. I rebooted the system. I plug in the wireless USB receiver device & it once again fails to install. I copy the C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\usb * folders from my VM Win 7 over to a temporary location (lets say C:\tmp) in my original Win 7. Go to device manager and select "Update Driver Software" for the "USB receiver" device. Select "Browse my computer for driver software". In the next screen point the path to where you copied the files mentioned in the previous step (In my case C:\tmp). Select "Include subfolders" & hit "Next". Win 7 now asks for a confirmation, stating that the driver is not signed, go ahead and install the unsigned driver. Thats it, the system then recognized the "USB composite device", setup a "HID Keyboard device" & "HID-compliant mouse". So for some unknown reason, my USB drivers were borked. Not sure how that happened probably one of the windows updates caused it.

英文苦手，不过貌似这主也没碰上鼠标键盘不能用的情况。
它就是win7下面用不了mk320套装啦~
解决方法大概就是找个健康的win7复制一堆东西过来覆盖掉原来的
覆盖文件就可以，所以能访问坏掉的windows的文件就行

我也是自己之前遇过类似的事情满大街找解决方法最后翻到这网页的
你系统是w7 x64的话我明天回去把那堆文件弄出来打包发给你试试咯

现在我就是原来的系统却驱动，任何USB设备都无法识别。 ...

你Windows系统的USB驱动失效不会影响BIOS选择从带引导的U盘启动，所以PE系统应该还是能用鼠标键盘

当年我删卡巴斯基把键盘鼠标搞失效了之后就是在U盘的PE下修好的

我当时的问题是注册表问题，和你的不一样。

你的问题貌似是系统文件都已经被改了。那么就至少需要找到正确的系统文件和在PE中覆盖文件。貌似LS某位会给你系统文件，上面也贴了需要替换的系统文件路径和方法

PE就是一个小系统，一般的对文件的操作可以通过它做。它是独立于别的操作系统的

忘了这了，我把别的机的系统盘拆了

那你自己把这个正常系统的C:\Windows\inf\目录下面usb开头的全部文件复制到旧系统里面覆盖掉原来的，应该就可以的了记得要都是x64或者都是x86才可以这样复制

我也碰到过，不知道这是什么设计思路，就是usb驱动被卸载了。
如果开了远程桌面的话，可以接路由dhcp拿ip, 用其他pc连上去装下驱动就好了
