求请教路由器网络相关：玩游戏不卡 网页却经常打不开

新到了一家公司，十几个人用一个网，玩游戏一点不卡不掉线，下载速度能上800k，但无论什么时候上网打开网页都会出现打不开。ping了一下8.8.8.8
